01 Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account on Megabet, accessing our website, or using any services provided by our platform, you hereby acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

02 Eligibility & Registration

Megabet reserves the right to request proof of identity (KYC) at any time to verify your eligibility. Failure to provide the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in your account being temporarily suspended until verification is complete.

03 Player Account

Each player is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at megabet at any one time. Holding more than one account — whether in your own name or in someone else's name — is prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being closed.

You are solely responsible for:

• Keeping your password and account login credentials confidential.
• Ensuring no other party uses your account without your permission.
• Report to Megabet immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.

04 Deposits & Payments

• The minimum deposit is RM 30 unless otherwise stated for specific promotions.
• All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. megabet does not accept payments from third parties.
• Successful deposits are credited to your account automatically in real time for most payment methods.
• Megabet reserves the right to reverse suspicious deposits or those that do not comply with the platform's payment policy without prior notice.

05 Cash Withdrawal

Withdrawal requests will only be processed once your KYC verification is complete. For players using bonuses, all wagering requirements associated with those bonuses must be fully met before a withdrawal is permitted.

• The minimum withdrawal is RM 50 for most payment methods.
• Withdrawals to local Malaysian banks are processed within 30 minutes to 24 hours depending on the method and time the request is made.
• Winnings may only be withdrawn to the same payment method used for the deposit, except in certain circumstances approved by management.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

Megabet offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time. Each bonus is subject to specific terms and conditions stated in the relevant promotion details. General terms applicable to all Megabet bonuses are as follows:

• Bonuses are only available to players who have met the eligibility requirements stated in the respective promotion.
• A wagering requirement, typically between 20x and 40x the bonus value, must be met before any bonus funds can be converted to withdrawable cash.

07 Game Rules

08 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Megabet platform and may result in permanent account suspension or closure, as well as possible legal action:

• Money laundering or any illegal financial activity using the megabet platform as an intermediary.
• Fraud, identity impersonation, or the use of another person's credit card or bank account details without authorization.
• Bonus abuse such as opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly or converting bonus funds through bet switching.
• Using bots, automated scripts, artificial intelligence software, or any technological means to gain an unfair advantage in games.
• Attempting to hack, disrupt, or manipulate the megabet platform or any related systems.
• Encouraging or assisting others to carry out any of the prohibited activities listed above.

09 Account Closure

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the megabet support team. Before the closure is processed, any eligible balance will be returned to the player via the relevant payment method.

Megabet reserves the right to close or suspend a player's account without prior notice in the following situations:

• Violation of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraud or illegal activity.
• Failure to complete the KYC verification process within the specified timeframe.
• Account inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.
• Upon request by regulatory authorities or law enforcement agencies.

10 Privacy & Data

• Losses arising from technical disruptions beyond our control, including internet outages on the player's ISP end.
• Game outcomes that do not favour the player, provided the RNG and system are functioning correctly.
